Kick those generic bags to the curb. Traveler totes are made from fabrics handpicked by fellow adventurers from around the world. They send us the fabric, and we craft it into a one-of-a-kind backpack. Spacious enough for your essentials, sturdy enough for your adventures, and lined with stories from across the world.

Traditional fabric from Myanmar brought to you by traveler Aaron John.

In Myanmar, the "longyi" is a traditional fabric wrap worn around the waist of men and women of all ages. Even in the modern day capital of Yangoon, you will see most people wearing a longyi, whether it is in the office or doing normal daily activities.  It it so widely used that it has become a part of the national identity. This red and black fabric is a traditional longyi style of the Kachin people from the most northern state of Myanmar.
